A Burr Ridge developer has scaled down the size of a proposed housing plan for a subdivision at Illinois Highway 83 and Oak Brook Road and added a provision that commits him to marketing it to older buyers.
The change in plans by Callaghan and Associates will be reviewed by the Oak Brook Plan Commission on Monday and by the Zoning Board of Appeals on June 2.
The developer wants to build 85 units rather than the 92 single-family homes he initially proposed for the vacant 34-acre Forest Gate subdivision.
