Six homes are available for immediate occupancy at Fairway Greens, a community of 86 town homes by Windsor Development Corp. around a golf course in far north suburban Antioch.

– Camelot Homes has opened Walker Country Estates in south suburban New Lenox, a community of semi-custom single-family homes with up to 2,882 square feet of living space.
Infrastructure improvements such as roads, water and sewer have been completed and home deliveries are scheduled for July or August. Decorated models are scheduled to open in June.
The community is planned for 200 homes on lots that will average more than one-third acre. The ranch, two-story, three-step ranch and 1 1/2-story designs will range in size from 2,010 to 2,882 square feet and will include three or four bedrooms. – Preconstruction sales are under way at Turnberry in the Town of Two Rivers, a single-family-home community in Ottawa, in LaSalle County. First deliveries on phase one are scheduled for the end of August.
