Irene A. Cusack, 67, formerly of Chicago, died Wednesday at her home in Newberg, Ore. Born in Salem, Ill., in 1920, she lived in Chicago for many years. Mrs. Cusack worked as a supervisor at the Norwood Park Home in Chicago for more than 15 years. When she retired in 1990, she moved to Oregon. She was a longtime member of the Messiah Lutheran Church in Park Ridge. Survivors include a son, John, and a sister, Louise Johnson. Visitation will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday in Faith Lutheran Church, 431 S. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights, followed by a service at 10:30 a.m. in the church.
