R. Wayne Doyel, 71, of Camden, Ind., formerly of Wheaton, died Wednesday at his home. Born in Camden, Mr. Doyel was a 1944 graduate of Camden High School, a 1952 graduate of Franklin College and attended Indiana University. A veteran, he served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. Mr. Doyel was employed as a buyer for Sears, Roebuck and Co. in Chicago for 36 years before he retired in 1986. He also worked for Regal Rugs in North Vernon, Ind. Survivors include his wife, Jimpsie; two sons, Hoyt and Mark; and four grandchildren. Services will be Saturday in Camden, Ind.
