Regarding traffic littering:
As I commute to and from work I am continually amazed by the drivers who consider the roadway their personal ashtray and garbage bin. Countless smokers think little of dropping their cigarette butts out the window, and they toss garbage out recklessly, assuming that it is someone else’s concern.
Let me remind everyone that this problem is all of ours and that urban blight will continue to grow unless we all try to keep Chicago beautiful and clean.
