About 100 bilingual pupils from Wheeling District 21 schools will graduate into mainstream classes Saturday.

The completion ceremony at 11 a.m. in Holmes Middle School will mark the end of years of perfecting English for pupils enrolled in the bilingual and English as a second language programs.

Pupils must take a series of tests in reading, writing, listening and speaking to prove their proficiency in English before they can be moved into regular classes.
