Priced from $329,900 to $359,900, the four floor plans range from 2,465 to 2,985 square feet.
One of the available townhomes is the 2,465-square-foot, two-story Castaway plan with two bedrooms and a loft and 2 1/2 baths, priced at $329,900. The Castaway features a finished walkout basement with game room; a two-story living room with corner fireplace; and a master bedroom and bath with 6-foot whirlpool tub.
The two other floor plans available for delivery range from 2,645 to 2,790 square feet and are priced from $339,900 to $359,900. One of the plans includes a first-floor master suite.

– Sales are under way for Avenue B, a development of 26 rowhouses located on Belmont Avenue in Chicago’s Lake View neighborhood.
The Rezmar Development Group community at 1711-1735 W. Belmont consists of two bridged three-story brick and stone buildings.
Seven floor plans, ranging from 2,106 to 2,940 square feet, with two to four bedrooms and 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 baths, are priced from $329,900 to $439,900.
The 13 units that front Belmont Avenue will feature enclosed front yards with up to 200 square feet of green space.

– Pulte Home Corp. has introduced five new single-family designs at its Highlands of Willow Bay community in northwest suburban Elgin.
The 142-acre development will include 300 single-family homes in Willow Bay Park and the Highlands of Willow Bay when complete.
The new floor plans in the Premiere series are priced from $179,990 to $203,990 and range from 2,085 to 2,474 square feet with three or four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, great rooms, master bedroom suites, and attached two-car garages.
Willow Bay is off Bowes Road, five miles south of Interstate Highway 90 in Elgin.
