George Andrae, 70, of Naperville died Sunday in Edward Hospital in Naperville. Born in Chicago, Mr. Andrae graduated from Northwestern University in Evanston, where he was a member of the Tau Beta Pi Engineering Society. He worked for the Stephen Chemical Co. and later the DuPage County Health Department, where he was senior environmental engineer. Mr. Andrae founded Andrae Environmental Services Ltd. and Professional Consulting Services Ltd. Survivors include his wife, June; four daughters, Barbara Andrae-Kelly, Nancy, Gretchen Andrae-Teal and Gayle; and a grandchild. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home, 44 S. Mill St., Naperville. Private services will be held Thursday.
