Cambridge Homes has put its Jenna model up for sale at Morningside in Schaumburg, a 13-acre community of 32 single-family homes priced from $326,990 to $408,990. A delivery date has not yet been set for the model, but fall occupancy is likely.
The 3,061-square-foot Jenna has four bedrooms and a loft, 3 1/2 baths, a two-story foyer and living room, family room with entertainment center and fireplace, full basement and two-car attached garage.
The home also includes a kitchen with island cooktop, double oven and pantry, and a first-floor bedroom with French doors and full bath. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and volume ceiling and master bath with corner soaking tub, separate shower and skylights.
The Jenna’a amenities include a Bose sound system, security system, programmable thermostat, upgraded carpeting, flooring, cabinets and appliances, and professional landscaping. It is priced at $419,990.
Six two-story floor plans range from 2,466 to 3,600 square feet with three to four bedrooms and 2 1/2 to three baths. Up to seven bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths are options.

– A new decorated model is open for viewing at Orchard Park, a 54-unit gated townhouse development on Chicago’s Near North Side neighborhood.
Decorated by Mary Cook & Associates, the Clybourn model is priced from $264,900 to $324,900 and features three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths with up to 2,499 square feet.
The Clybourn has been expanded about 115 square feet for phase three. The reconfigured plan moves the powder room from off the kitchen to near the family room to expand the kitchen area. Also, the master bedroom has been moved to the rear of the home.
The ground floor of the Clybourn plan features a family room with adjoining powder room and laundry niche, sliding glass doors to the patio, and a one-car garage.

– Stoneridge Development Corp. has opened three models at Stonehaven of Hometown, a community planned for 91 single-family homes in Aurora.
The two-story floor plans range from 1,218 to 1,989 square feet and include three or four bedrooms.
The new models include the Kensington, priced from $119,900; the 1,522-square-foot Manchester priced from $129,900; and the 1,713-square-foot Concord, from $139,900. Both the Manchester and Concord include lofts, 2 1/2 baths, volume ceilings, kitchens with breakfast areas, and master bedrooms with walk-in closets. The Kensington has 1 1/2 or 2 1/2 baths and an eat-in kitchen.

Nine designs, including two ranch plans, range from 1,377 to 2.225 square feet with three or four bedrooms, two or 2 1/2 baths, basements, formal living and dining rooms, family rooms, and attached two-car garages.
The Camden II is 1,885 square feet with a basement and an attached two-car garage. The two-story home has three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a two-story foyer, formal living and dining rooms, kitchen and adjoining breakfast room, family room with vaulted ceiling, and a master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and private bath. A fourth bedroom or loft may be added. It is priced from $169,990.
A Williamsburg model will also be completed later this summer. Buyers can view three additional models at Creekside, another William Ryan Homes community.
Both Creekside and Lakeside are on Miller Road, one block west of Lakewood Road and half a mile north of Algonquin Road.

– Residential Homes of America has opened two furnished display models at Brookhaven, a community of 68 single-family homes in the Village of Green Oaks.
The models include the 2,400-square-foot Oak plan and the 2,925-square-foot Woodland. The Oak features a two-story foyer, four bedrooms, formal living and dining rooms, island kitchen with adjoining breakfast room and family room and an attached two-car garage. The Woodland features a den and two-story family room. They are priced from $279,990 and $298,990, respectively, including a full basement.
Three additional two-story floor plans range from 2,600 to 3,380 square feet and are priced from $295,990 to $351,990. They include four or five bedrooms, 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 baths, a family room, full basement, and attached two-car garage.
