Helen Elizabeth Downs, 82, of St. Charles died Sunday in Delnor Community Hospital in Geneva. A Chicago native, she was a homemaker. Survivors include three sons, Edward, Terrence and Michael; a daughter, Ellen Kaman; eight grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Services were Tuesday.
