Michael J. Sullivan, 52, of Elmhurst, a member of the Elmhurst Hospital Neighborhood Advisory Board, died Wednesday at the University of Chicago Medical Center. Mr. Sullivan graduated from Indiana University in 1968 and was a National Merit finalist. Survivors include his wife, Diana; a daughter, Jennifer; his parents, John and Jean Sullivan; a brother; and two sisters. Funeral services will be at 10:45 a.m. Saturday in Ahlgrim Funeral Home, 567 S. Spring Rd., Elmhurst, followed by a mass at 11:15 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 134 Arthur St., Elmhurst.
