Developers of Newbrook subdivision at Laraway Road and 116th Avenue seek approval for the project’s first phase, which contains 60 residential lots for single family homes.
Hughes & Duggan seek approval for Crystal Lake Townhome project east of Dominick’s off Illinois Highway 45. The first phase of the project consists of 44 units.
