My most irrational act: Getting pregnant out of wedlock when I was 27. That wasn’t a choice, though, it was an accident. But I don’t regret it. It turned out to be the greatest move ever.

Most humbling experience: These last four years on “General Hospital.” I started on the show in 1984 and I was a star. Then I left. Now I’m back, but I’m not the star anymore.
