Peter P. Chiappetta, 83, died Tuesday in his Lisle home. Born in Chicago, Mr. Chiappetta was an electrician at Argonne National Laboratory. Survivors include his wife, Helen; a son, Carmen; two daughters, Elizabeth Schmidt and Helene Dvorak; a sister; two brothers; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Thursday in Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, Short Street and Illinois Highway 53, Lisle. Services will be at 9:15 a.m. Friday in the funeral home, followed by a mass at 10 a.m. in St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 820 Division St., Lisle.
