Lawrence Pagni, 70, of Hampshire died Saturday in Italy. Born in Elmwood Park, Mr. Pagni was a contractor and developer in the Elk Grove Village and Chicago area for many years before retiring. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Survivors include his wife, Lillian; two sons, Raymond and Larry; two daughters, Lucille Miller and Nora Weiler; a sister; and 10 grandchildren. Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. Thursday in Laird Funeral Home, 310 S. State St., Elgin. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 297 E. Jefferson Ave., Hampshire.
