Henry W. Zych, 77, a accountant for the Chicago Transit Authority for 50 years, died Wednesday in his Chicago home. Mr. Zych was a lifelong resident of Chicago and an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II. He retired from the CTA in 1983. Survivors include his son, Donald Koski; his nephew, Richard; seven grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren. A service will be held at 9:45 a.m. Monday in Colonial-Wojciechowski Funeral Home, 6520 N. Milwaukee Ave., followed by a 10:30 a.m. mass in St. Priscilla Catholic Church, 6949 W. Addison St., Chicago.
