The Palatine Village Council, meeting this week as a committee of the whole, voted unanimously to recommend approving a final plat of subdivision for the Middle Creek development at 160 N. Middleton Ave.
In April, the Village Council granted preliminary approval for the project in the town’s western portion, subject to 10 conditions.
Those stipulations state that lots cannot be subdivided, and no additional structures, such as sheds, can be built without natural screening. Village officials also required trees to be planted along the parkway and the preservation of 11 of 12 trees on the parcel.
Village staff said the developer, Ranieri Enterprises Inc. of St. Charles, complied with all 10 conditions.
The subdivision includes plans for six single-family lots on slightly more than 2.06 acres. Houses will range in size from 2,500 to 3,500 square feet and will be priced at $350,000 to $450,000.
The Village Council is to take a final vote on the subdivision Monday night.
