Debra Y. Cyborski, 35, of 6161 Pennsbury Drive, Cherry Valley, was arrested Wednesday and charged with driving while under the influence, driving with a blood alcohol content over .08 and improper lane usage. Cyborski was released after posting a $100 and her driver’s license.
