Police charged a 52-year-old Wauconda man with retail theft after he allegedly walked out of Super Kmart, 413 N. Milwaukee Ave., with two VCRs on Sunday. According to reports, Richard M. Anderson, of 460 N. Main St., was stopped by security officers as he left the store.
