Tom Staggs, 53, of 9610 W. Higgins Rd., Rosemont, was charged Tuesday with unlawful use of a weapon and aggravated assault after an incident outside a Wendy’s restaurant at 1595 S. Lee St., police said. Staggs, who was driving a limousine, allegedly got into an argument with a 35-year-old man and pointed a gun to the man’s head before fleeing the parking lot, according to authorities.
