Alan J. Barth, 52, of Crystal Lake died Friday in Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington. Mr. Barth was employed by Advocate Health Care at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge. He is survived by include his wife, Frances; two daughters, Diana Hendle and Christine Barth; a son, Andrew; and a granddaughter. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday in Querhammer Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Thomas Catholic Church, 451 W. Terra Cotta Ave, Crystal Lake.
