Q. I’m having a really difficult time with my boyfriend. I feel like I’m being rushed to have an orgasm. I tense up and usually end up faking it. I’m afraid to talk to him about it.

A. We humans are a funny bunch. We’ll remove all our clothes and be totally intimate with someone of the opposite sex, but when it comes to revealing what’s inside our brain, we clam up.

First of all, stop faking orgasms and start speaking to him about what’s really on your mind. Don’t do that when you’re making love; discuss it outside of the bedroom. Tell him how you feel, and I’m sure he’ll respond positively.
