Several people have written that they do not appreciate Steve Rosenbloom’s highly satirical column in the Sports section.
Mr. Rosenbloom is speaking for the average sports fans of Chicago, and everywhere else, who are not able to voice their displeasure over inept owners and overpaid, unappreciative professional athletes. I don’t condone personal attacks on any athlete, but they should be subject to criticism just like any high-salaried CEO in the business world. Where else but in the sports world can you make $8 million a year by failing 75 percent of the time?
