Carl E. Meyer, 90, of Woodstock died Sunday in Memorial Medical Center in Woodstock. He was a machine operator at Oak’s Manufacturing Co. in Crystal Lake for 18 years, retiring in 1972. He was a member of the Ridgefield-Crystal Lake Presbyterian Church in Crystal Lake. Survivors include his wife, Kathryn “Pat”; and a sister, Dorothy Huff. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, and the funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in the Schneider-Leucht-Merwin-Cooney Funeral Home, 1211 N. Seminary Ave., Woodstock. A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Sunday in the Ridgefield-Crystal Lake Presbyterian Church, 8505 Church St., Crystal Lake.
