Wabash National Corp., a Lafayette, Ind., maker of truck trailers under the Wabash and Fruehauf trademarks, said it bought Cloud Corp., of Harrison, Ark., and Cloud Oak Flooring Co., of Sheridan, Ark., for about $10 million in cash, $13 million of convertible preferred stock, and the assumption of certain debts. The companies produce laminated hardwood flooring for the truck body and trailer industry.
