Marion Boese Ebert, 68, of Naperville, a retired real estate broker, died Saturday in Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood. She was active in establishing the Alliance for the Mentally Ill of DuPage County. A native of Storm Lake, Iowa, she moved to Chicago as a teenager. Mrs. Ebert was a graduate of Morgan Park High School and the University of Illinois. She is survived by a daughter, Charlotte Carlson; five sons, Steven Carlson, Thomas Carlson, Theodore Ebert, Timothy Ebert and James Ebert; and one grandchild. Visitation will be held from 2 to 9 p.m. Monday in Brust Funeral Home, 135 S. Main St., Lombard. A funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the funeral home.
