Northbrook developer Arthur J. Hill said his company is negotiating with Dallas-based Patriot American Hospitality Inc. to operate a 180-room Wyndham Garden Hotel in the Church Street Plaza project Hill is planning at the Evanston Research Park. Hill’s company plans to present its final plans for the controversial project, including the business-class hotel, to the Evanston City Council Aug. 20.
