Grubb & Ellis Co., Northbrook, reported the purchase of the assets of Northern California real estate firm Bishop Hawk Inc.Grubb & Ellis said it expects the acquisition to be accretive to earnings per share by fiscal 2000. It said Bishop Hawk has annual transaction volume valued at more than $850 million.
