Here is another key evaluator for a restaurant: Does the restaurant staff clean tables next to you by spraying large quantities of a Windex-type cleaner so that your taste buds and sense of smell are ruined for a substantial part of your dining time, let alone the fumes and spray settling on your food and drink? These establishments should be banned from food service and staff fired who commit such atrocities to the sense of smell and taste. Find a better, less intrusive manner of cleaning the tables.
