I want to comment on Greg Kot’s guide to evaluating the Rolling Stones United Center concert (“Appraising the Stones,” July 12).
The current rock scene is oversaturated with more bands playing the same thing and hasn’t seen any new ground broken since the early ’70s. The Stones are still the only band in the world making music that’s original and worth listening to.
