Regarding your recent reports that indicate a majority of Americans oppose Clinton’s resignation, even if he perjured himself, I would like to know: What does this poll say about Americans’ respect for the law? Obviously, it shows adherence to the law is relative to the situation for the majority, and presumably their willingness to adhere to it is also relative.
If this is true, Mr. Clinton had better ask for a couple of hundred thousand more police–maybe he should make it a couple of million–as this type of respect for the law trickles down through the public’s awareness and has an impact on their behavior.
