Richard A. Angelo, 52, a systems development manager at Navistar International Corp. for 18 years, died Thursday in his Woodridge of from cancer. As an expert technician at the maker of medium and heavy duty trucks, school buses and engines, Mr. Angelo helped develop an on-line system that allows customers to place orders over the Internet. “Rich was a natural with computers,” said his wife, Barbara. An Army veteran, Mr. Angelo was also an avid photographer. Other survivors include a son, Tony, and two brothers, Ron and Don. Mass will be said at 9:15 a.m. Monday in St. Margaret Mary Church, 1450 S. Green Trail Drive, Naperville.
