I agree with John McCarron (“The odds are, gambling fever is here to stay,” Aug. 3). Let’s play to win! The first place to start would be to establish a big casino (not a riverboat) in the area with the most people and the most tourists. Nothing against Joliet or Aurora or Elgin, but Chicago is where the biggest and best casino should be. Why send the visitors to Gary, Ind., or Wisconsin e might as well go out and make the best of it, including slot machines at Arlington International Racecourse and at O’Hare International Airport.
