Leon Finney III, 26, son of the chairman of The Woodlawn Organization and manager of Leon’s of Chicago Restaurant in Atlanta, died of a cardiac arrest Saturday. Mr. Finney managed the family owned-restaurant, which was founded by his grandfather and has become a national chain. Mr. Finney graduated from Cosmopolitan Preparatory School in 1990 and cut his college education short to open the restaurant in Atlanta. Mr. Finney is survived by his parents, Leon and Sharon; his sister, Kristin; and his grandmother, Jan. A service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in Rockefeller Chapel at the University of Chicago campus, 5850 S. Woodlawn Ave.
