After seeing Bill Clinton’s “apology,” I was reminded by my wife that when her students say they are sorry, it means they are not going to do it again.
Am I the only one who noticed no promise by Bill in that regard? Consequently, I conclude that the only thing Bill Clinton was sorry for was getting caught lying to his family, the courts and the public.
But some good has come out of this mess. Because the story has been trumpeted throughout the media, it has provided parents with an opportunity to talk with their children about issues involving sex and character.
