Daniel H. Brennan, 75, of Oak Lawn, a retired business agent and vice president of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 399, died Tuesday in Christ Hospital and Medical Center in Oak Lawn. He was involved with the union for more than 40 years. Mr. Brennan was a Chicago native, a graduate of Leo High School and a U.S. Army Air Force veteran of World War II. He is survived by his wife, Helen; four daughters, Nora, Cathleen Hellmer, Noel DeBrizzio and Deborah Daniel; three sons, Michael, Daniel and John; a sister, Mary; and 14 grandchildren. Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. Friday in Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home, 4950 W. 79th St., Burbank. Mass will be said at 10:30 a.m. in St. Germaine Church, 4240 W. 98th St., Oak Lawn.
