Patricia M. Arens, 45, of Arlington Heights died Monday in Vancouver. A native of Chicago, Mrs. Arens was a homemaker and a lay teacher in the School of Religion, a children’s program at St. James Catholic Church in Arlington Heights. “She was very loved,” said her son Richard. Other survivors include her husband, John M.; her mother, Frances Wegrzyn; a sister, Diane Boglitsch; and a brother, Paul Wegrzyn. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Friday in Glueckert Funeral Home, 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. James Catholic Church, 831 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights.
