Steve George Louvaris, 55, of Bloomingdale died Tuesday in Alexian Brothers Medical Center in Elk Grove Village. Born in Anaconda, Mont., Mr. Louvaris was a chef in several restaurants. Survivors include his wife, Maria; a son, George; his mother, Panagiota; a grandmother; four sisters, Constance Petrihos, Katherine Deonecia, Nicolette Jording and Georgia; a brother, Peter; and two grandchildren. Services will begin at 9 a.m. Friday in Cypress Funeral Home, 1698 N. Bloomingdale Rd., Glendale Heights, followed by services at 10 a.m. in St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, 893 Church Rd., Elmhurst.
