Jay Gerard Daly, 34, of Elmhurst died Saturday in Northwestern Hospital in Chicago. Born in Elmhurst, Mr. Daly was a builder. Survivors include his parents, Gerard and Nancy; and two sisters, Bonnie Crement and Kelly Walker. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in Pedersen-Ryberg Mortuary, 435 N. York St., Elmhurst. A mass will be said at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 1450 Green Trails Drive, Naperville.
