ServiceMaster Co. of Downers Grove said it acquired closely held Ruppert Landscape Co. of Ashton, Md., for an undisclosed price to expand its commercial landscape business into the Mid-Atlantic region. ServiceMaster hopes to expand its TruGreen-ChemLawn commercial lawn-care business into Ruppert’s region.
