Bruno A. Solfa, 76, of Brookfield died Thursday in Hoffman Estates Medical Center of complications from lung cancer. Mr. Solfa was a maintenance supervisor at International Harvester Co. in Broadview for 25 years. He served in the Army in World War II. He was born and raised in Chicago. Mr. Solfa is survived by a daughter, Susan Solfa Allen; a sister, Mary McGough, and a granddaughter. Mass will be said at 9:30 a.m. Monday in St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 427 Cedarcrest Drive, Streamwood.
