When my 5-year-old looks me in the eyes and tells me a lie, it’s wrong. There are consequences. When the president of the U.S.A. goes on nationwide TV and lies to me and the American public, it’s wrong.
I want the president of my country to at least live by the same standard of honesty I expect from my 5-year-old.
