Something is deeply wrong with a governmental-political system that allows this to happen: Kenneth Starr goes on a fishing expedition using an unrestricted license that cost us $40 million, and all he comes back with is a sleazy report filled with the lurid details of an extramarital affair. That fish should have been thrown back in!

Then Henry Hyde makes his pious proclamation of “fairness.” What a laugh! Any fairness that was possible evaporated when Congress rushed to distribute the trashy report to the world.

The president is not above the law, but any violent criminal is afforded a better chance at fairness.
