Ralph W. Siebel, 62, of Beloit, Wis., died Wednesday in Beloit Memorial Hospital. He was born in Harvard. He worked for Beloit Corp. for 36 years, retiring this year. Survivors include his wife, Darlene; two daughters, Shannon Brown and Merrilee Hawyer; and five grandchildren. Visitation will be from noon to 1:30 p.m. Saturday in Saunders and McFarlin Funeral Home, 107 W. Summer St., Harvard.
