Jeffrey Smith, 58, of Long Grove died Friday in Rush Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center after a lengthy illness. Smith owned a PetCo store in Libertyville and was active in many business organizations. Mr. Smith is survived by his wife, Sandra; four sons, Jeffrey, Brian, Jason and Nathan; three brothers, Kevin, Russell and Gregory; three sisters, Jacqueline Reynolds, Barbara Reynolds and Sandra McMahon; and two granddaughters. Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Monday in The Kristan Funeral Home, 219 W. Maple Ave. in Mundelein. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in St. Mary Church, Erhardt Road and Illinois Highway 60 in Fremont Center.
