The last time I saw something like “Rugrats From Nickelodeon” in print (Comics, Sept. 20) was when I read about the Nazi persecution of the Jews before and during World War II. That the Tribune should publish such a “comic” strip at the beginning of the Jewish new year in America in 1998 attests to the negligence of its editors in allowing such insensitive trash to be printed.
