John Ewert, 47, formerly of Western Springs, died Sept. 27 in his home near Villa Park, where he had recently moved. Mr. Ewert was a sales associate for Sears, Roebuck and Co. in Oak Brook for 15 years in the home-improvement and carpeting departments. Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday in Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., Wheaton. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Monday in St. John the Apostle Catholic Church, 330 N. Westmore Ave., Villa Park.
