You don’t have to be an outlaw to agree with the Hell’s Angel who said “Love is the feelin’ you get when you like somethin’ as much as your motorcycle.” At The Field Museum’s “Art of the Motorcycle” exhibit you’ll see 72 examples of gearhead obsession, ranging from a steam-powered 1869 model to a replica of the chopper from “Easy Rider.” The show opens Nov. 7, and bikers of all stripes are invited to kick-start it with a Lake Shore Drive ride. From 6-7:30 a.m. that Saturday in the Montrose Harbor parking lot, up to 2,000 riders will gather before roaring down LSD to the museum at 8 a.m. Entrance fee: $50 (includes a collector’s patch and show admission). Tickets must be purchased in advance; call 888-609-9300 to register. For show info, call 312-922-9410 (or visit www.fmnh.org).
