I have read all the accounts of President Clinton’s behavior and do understand Congress’s actions and reactions.
In my view, the Republican Congress intends to impeach President Clinton, expand the proceedings to include the conviction of Vice President Al Gore of improperly obtaining campaign contributions, and then, according to our Constitution’s right of succession, install Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich as president.
Is this what we citizens want?
