Two decorated models have opened for viewing at the Chatham Club in the Chatham/Chesterfield neighborhood on Chicago’s South Side.

Bejco Development Corp. offers two-story Prairie-style floor plans priced from $173,900 to $262,900. They have two to four bedrooms, 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 baths, 1,429 to 2,314 square feet and two-car garages.

One of the models–the Michigan–has three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and 2,118 square feet. It features a sunken living room with double bay window and fireplace, a formal dining room, and island kitchen. It also has a family room with fireplace and sliding glass doors to a deck. The master bedroom suite features wall closets and a walk-in closet and a bath with double-bowl vanities, steeping tub and walk-in shower.

The Michigan model is shown with a finished basement with an upgraded fourth bedroom and a third full bath. Base priced from $239,900, it has a red brick facade and gray siding.

The Indiana, the second model, is a three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home with 1,900 square feet. It has a sunken living room, dining room and country kitchen with optional island. Sliding glass doors open from the family room to a deck.

Base priced from $209,900, it has a double-sided gas fireplace visible from the living and dining rooms. There is also a woodburning fireplace in the family room.

The Indiana includes a 1,071-square-foot unfinished basement. It can be finished to include a fourth bedroom, third full bath and family room. The home’s exterior is a light gray brick facade with clay siding.

– A decorated model is open for viewing at Delacourte Condominiums, a Focus Development community in Buffalo Grove.

Located at Weidner and Dundee Roads in the northwest suburb, Delacourte features 136 units in four mid-rise buildings.

The 1,770-square-foot Harve is priced from $224,900 and is a two-bedroom two-bath end unit with a 20-by-18 1/2-foot great room, kitchen with adjoining breakfast room, and family room with ventless gas fireplace. The master bedroom features a walk-in closet and private bath.

Buyers may choose from eight floor plans, ranging from 1,211 to 2,319 square feet and priced from $155,600 to $287,000. They include two or three bedrooms and two or 2 1/2 baths.

The buildings feature lobbies with intercom systems, basement storage, and one heated garage parking space with each unit. Additional parking is available.

– Robin Construction Corp. has opened a sales center and display model at Museum Place at Central Station, a condominium community planned for two 23-story towers.

The first phase has 129 one- to three-bedroom units available in nine floor plans. They range from 700 to 1,800 square feet and are preconstruction priced from about $135,500 to $499,500. Groundbreaking for the first tower is set for spring with first occupancies projected for fall 2000.

Standard features in each unit include a marble-floored foyer, 8 1/2-foot ceilings, large windows, ceramic-tiled kitchen floors, Kohler plumbing fixtures, walk-in closets, balconies per plan and central heat and air conditioning.

The buildings will feature 24-hour doorman service, optional enclosed parking, guest parking, health facility, party room, sun deck, bike storage and storage spaces.

– Three new models are ready for viewing at Farmingdale Village, a Gallagher & Henry master-planned community in west suburban Woodridge.

More than 20 floor plans are priced from $219,645 to $303,030. They include ranch, bi-level, tri-level and two-story designs that range from 1,850 to 3,463 square feet with three or four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, formal living and dining rooms, family rooms, kitchens with adjoining breakfast rooms, basements, and attached two- and three-car garages.

One of the three models is the 2,040-square-foot Elston ranch with three bedrooms, full basement, den, island kitchen, master suite with tray ceiling, walk-in closet and private bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower.

Also featured is the 2,504-square-foot two-story Farnham with four bedrooms, a full basement, family room with two-story ceiling, island kitchen, master suite with walk-in closet and private bath, laundry room, and attached two-car garage. It is priced from $250,700.

Priced from $291,900, the 3,077-sqaure-foot Grafton is the third model. It has four bedrooms, a full basement, two-story living room with box bay window, den, and a master suite with walk-in closet and private bath.

– The Berkshire model has opened for viewing at Park Lane, a Carroll Homes community planned for 34 single-family homes on 68 acres, including two 27-acre parks, in Lake Forest.

Decorated by Mary Cook Design and Associates, the Berkshire model is a 2,868-square-foot Cape Cod design with three bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, two-story foyer, formal living room with corner fireplace, dining room with butlers pantry, den with bay window, and two-story family room with corner fireplace and media niche.

The kitchen opens to an adjoining breakfast area and the first-floor master suite includes a walk-in closet and private bath. The homes’s full basement features a built-in bar, home theater area, crafts room, billiard room with wine cellar and cigar humidor, fireplace, exercise room, full bath and storage room. It is priced from $579,000.

Four floor plans are offered ranging from 2,510 to 2,968 square feet. They are priced from $549,000 to $589,000 and include three bedrooms, two or 2 1/2 baths, first-floor master suites per plan, dens per plan, formal living and dining rooms, island kitchens per plan, basements, and attached, rear-loading two- or three-car garages.
